Mogadishu(SONNA)-The Federal Parliament of Somalia on Monday began debating changes and amendments into the provisional constitutions for completion as soon as possible.
Speaker of the Parliament, Sheikh Mohamed Nur Madobe said that today was a historic day as the lawmakers started to review and debate the constitution after more than 12 years of incompletion. He urged the lawmakers to keep the attendance to speed up the debate, saying the holy of Ramadan is approaching.
