Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) captured an ex District Commissioner, Abukar Ahmed Addow Tifow who was one of the senior members of the Al- Shabaab terrorists causing chaos in Mogadishu.
Abukar Ahmed Adow, who was the Dharkeynley district commissioner from 2019 to 2020, was nabbed in a house in Mogadishu, where he was hiding after NISA received intelligence about his whereabouts. NISA said that Abukar had been collaborating with al-Shabaab.
“Ex Dharkenlay District Commissioner Abukar Ahmed Addow Tifow, a member of the Kharijites hiding within govt agencies, has been arrested by the National Intelligence Agency for collaborating with #terrorists to create chaos in Mogadishu. He was taken into custody at Mogadishu Airport,” Minister if Information said in his ax platform.
