KAMPALA (SONNA) -The Minister of Defence of the Federal Government of Somalia H.E Hassan Hussein Haji today attended the Eastern African Standby Force Ministrial meeting in Kampala, Uganda, SONNA reported.
Minister Haji stated at the meeting that the Somali goverment has made significant achievements in re-constructing Somalia’s National Army, AMISOM transition plan and SNA process to take over the overall Security in the country.
Somalia’s Ministry of Defense is currently focusing on advanced stratgic plans to train,educate and equip the armed forces to strengthen country’s overall security status and combating terrorism
