Mogadishu, (SONNA) – A consultative meeting with Federal Member States and Administrative Authorities on amendments to Chapters 1-4 was opened by the 1st Deputy Chairman of the Upper House, Ali Shaban and was attended by Speakers of the FMS Legislators, Ministers from FMS, Banadir Regional Administration and SSC-Khatumo, and was organized by the Independent Constitutional Review And Implementation Commission (ICRIC) of Somalia, the Ministry of Justice.
The objective of the meeting is to provide a platform for participants from relevant authorities of FMS to give their feedback on the proposed amendments. This consultation process aims to ensure that the voices and opinions of all stakeholders are heard and taken into consideration.
The feedback gathered from this meeting will be carefully analyzed and incorporated into the final version. It is crucial to have a comprehensive understanding of the concerns and suggestions put forward by the participants, as this will help in shaping the final version.
