Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The former Ambassador of the United States of America to the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Larry E. Andre Jr. congratulated Somalia for joining the EAst African Community.
“It is evident to me that the other seven member states of the East African Community (EAC) realised that their goal of regional economic integration and of obtaining all of the potential economic gains that flow from that integration required inclusion of the dynamic Somali people,” Amb. Larry said.
“The voyage of Somalia’s membership in the EAC was filled seven months ago,” adds Amb. Larry.
