Baidoa(SONNA)-Mohamed Mohamud Bonow, Member of the Somalia’s Federal Parliament died of Covid_19 in Baidoa town, the administrative capital of Southwest State overnight, SONNA reported.
President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, Parliament Speaker, Mohamed Mursal Abdirahman and some of his colleagues expressed sorrow over his sudden death, wishing his soul to rest in Jannah.
The new wave of the Corona virus is taking many lives of Somali’s through out the country both recorded and unrecorded cases. Scholars, politicians and community leaders are among those who passed away for this pandemic in this new year so far.
