Abu Dabi, (SONNA)—The Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Zahra Ige, participated in the Global Food Security Summit held in Abu Dabi, the UAE. The Deputy Minister also met with the Deputy Minister of Climate Change and Environment, who is responsible for the Agricultural portfolio of Abu Dabi.
Madam Zahra discussed the importance of sharing cross-party experiences and knowledge in the field of agriculture. And emphasized the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between the Emirates and Somalia through closer collaboration in the area of Agriculture.
