SNA Captures Al-Shabaab Militant Member During Operations in Lower Jubba

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Danab Commandos of the Somali National Army, who are conducting intensive operations in the Harboole area of the Lower Jubba region, have captured an Al-Shabaab terrorist member identified as Adan Mohamed Adan.

The captured individual was carrying an AK-47 rifle and his ammunition pouch.

Officers leading the operation told the national media that the captured militant had become disoriented following intensive ground and air operations carried out in the area, which caused the militants stationed there to scatter and flee.
