Prime Minister Hamza Arrives in Las'anod for North Eastern State Anniversary

Las'anod(SONNA)-Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre arrived in Las'anod on Sunday alongside a delegation of federal ministers to attend celebrations marking the first anniversary of the North Eastern State administration.

The Prime Minister was welcomed at Las'anod Airport by regional leaders, traditional elders, and residents. His visit also includes the rollout of federal government social service and development programs in the region.

Addressing supporters at the airport, Barre thanked residents for the warm reception and said he was pleased to join them in commemorating the administration's anniversary.

During the visit, several federal ministries are expected to launch public service initiatives, while the Prime Minister will also attend a public event celebrating the administration's first year.
