Foreign Minister Receives Outgoing Ethiopian Ambassador to Somalia

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, Abdisalam Abdi Ali Dhaay, today received the Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to Somalia, Ambassador Suleyman Dedefo Woshe, who paid a farewell visit to Mogadishu at the conclusion of his tenure as ambassador to Somalia.

The Minister commended Ambassador Suleyman for his efforts and contribution to strengthening the longstanding relations between Somalia and Ethiopia.

The two sides emphasized their commitment to strengthening good-neighborly relations, peace and regional stability, as well as continuing cooperation between the two countries in the Horn of Africa.

Minister Abdisalam also wished the Ambassador success and progress in his future responsibilities and endeavors.
