Nairobi, Kenya: The National Communications Authority (NCA) of Somalia and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a World Bank subsidiary, signed a landmark cooperation agreement today aimed at enhancing telecommunications infrastructure in Somalia.
The agreement, which took place in Nairobi, Kenya, focuses on improving broadband infrastructure with IFC providing both financial and technical support. Ambassador Jabril Ibrahim Abdulle, addressing attendees at the signing ceremony, emphasized the importance of this partnership in advancing Somalia’s connectivity and telecommunications capabilities.
