Addis Ababa, SONNA – The ambassadors of Somalia and South Africa in Ethiopia met on Wednesday to discuss ways to enhance the cooperation and friendship between the two African nations.
The Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia to Ethiopia, Abdullahi Mohamed Warfaa, received the Ambassador of the Federal Democratic Republic of South Africa, Edward Xolisa Makaya, at his office in Addis Ababa.
The two diplomats exchanged views on various issues of mutual interest, including the political, economic, and social developments in their respective countries and the region.
They also reaffirmed their commitment to work together to promote peace, stability, and development in Africa, as well as to strengthen the ties between the African Union.
