Mogadishu(SONNA)-Kenyan cargo plane, which was to fly to Beledwene town in Hiiraan region, was on Saturday morning crashed at Aden Abdulle International Airport in the capital after facing unidentified technical problem, SONNA reported.
Acting Minister of Transport of Civil Aviation, Mohamed Abdullahi Salad (Omar) told the State media that there has been four crew members on board, noting that three of them with light injuries were rescued and taken to a hospital nearby while the other one who is also alive and speaking, still remains on board.
Mr. Salad said there is damage of plane’s cockpit after it crossed the runway and hit to the corner building wall at the seaside, but could not identify the extent of damage as operations on while the airport would soon resume it’s activities.
