Mogadishu(SONNA)-3 civilians were on Thursday killed 3 others were injured in a landmine blast at Taleh neighborhood in Hodan district, SONNA reported.
Spokesperson of the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Ismael Mukhtar Omar confirmed to SONNA that the terrorist militant group of Al-Shabaab targeted innocent civilians on auto-rickshaw.
“The blast killed 3 civilians, a woman with her child and a pedestrian and injured 3 others at Teleh area in Hodan district today. An armed vehicle passed the area before the explosion happen, but terrorists have no target at all”, Mr. Mukhtar said.
The Spokesperson condemned the attack in the strongest terms possible, adding that earlier security alerts on the road and streets safety should be fully considered, but not ignored.
