World leaders congratulate Somalia on its 61st anniversary of Independence Day

Mogadishu(SONNA)-Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Somalia received congratulatory messages of the 61st anniversary of Independence Day from world leaders, embassies and diplomatic missions in Somalia, SONNA reported.

The Ministry got Congratulatory letters from Turkish President, Reecep Tayid Erdogan, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, President of the Federal Republic of Germany,  Embassies of Canada, Poland, Oman, Cuba, Australia, and Sweden.

The  United Nations, U.S, UK, China, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Russia, and many other countries shared the messages of Congratulatory with Somalia  through other diplomatic channels and social media during the celebration.

All these leaders and Ambassadors of the foreign missions extended their best wishes to the people and Government of Somalia, hoping for more prosperous years to come.
