Mogadishu, SONNA – In a planned operation, the National Armed Forces, in collaboration with international security partners, dealt a significant blow to the notorious terrorist group Al-Shabaab. The mission unfolded in Arfuda area, under Harardhere town in Galmudug State, resulting in the elimination of more than 30 Al-Shabaab militants.
The operation specifically targeted two Al-Shabaab hideouts. The first was where the militants were gathering, and the second was where they were preparing explosive vehicles. The National Forces, along with their international allies, successfully destroyed all terrorist equipment, including war vehicles and those intended for use in explosions.
