Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Planning, Investment, and Economic Development of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Mohamud C. Sheikh Farah (Beene-Beene), held a productive meeting today with the Ambassador of Denmark to Somalia, H.E. Steen Sonne Andersen, focused on aligning Denmark’s development support with Somalia’s National Transformation Plan (NTP 2025–2029).
The discussions centered on key areas such as:
- Utilizing national systems
- Strengthening and building institutional capacity
- Coordinating development aid for greater impact
Both sides reaffirmed their strong commitment to building an effective and results-oriented partnership that supports Somalia’s long-term development goals. The meeting marked a significant step toward enhancing collaboration that delivers tangible benefits for the Somali people.
