Somali Police Force mark 79th anniversary of its founding

Mogadishu(SONNA)-Somali Police Force has marked 79th anniversary of its founding at an occasion held here in the capital Mogadishu today on Tuesday, December 20 2022, SONNA reported.
The Acting President and Speaker of the Federal Parliament, Sh. Aden Mohamed Nur, Prime Minister, Hamza Abdi Barre and Commissioner of Police Force, Gen Abdi Hassan Mohamed congratulated the Police Force on 79th anniversary of its foundation, and wished them prosperous year.

The Police was founded in December 20, 1943 and they are the oldest forces of the Somali Army.
