Information, Culture and Tourism Minister Abdulfatah Kasim Mohamud held talks with Russia’s Culture Minister on heritage, the arts, theatre and exchanges between artists, at a forum drawing official delegations from more than fifty countries.

The President held bilateral talks with four heads of state and government and with Washington’s senior Africa official, while the Foreign Minister met five counterparts and signed an agreement opening relations with the Dominican Republic.
