The Somali Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA) has provided food assistance to 500 families of special needs and poor people in Mogadishu on Thursday. The beneficiaries were selected from various districts of the capital city and received the aid at the Mother’s House in Hamarweyne District.
The families, who were struggling with life challenges, expressed their gratitude to SoDMA for the timely support. The agency said that the food aid was part of its humanitarian efforts to alleviate the suffering of the most vulnerable people in Somalia.
