Mogadishu(SONNA)-One Al-Shabaab militant was killed and five others were arrested after Somalia’s Security forces conducted operations in Hamar-weyne, Yakhsid and Karaan district in Benadir region overnight with the support from public, SONNA reported.
Residents in Karaan district caught a terrorist militant who was intending to attack Police Station there according to the Spokesman, Sadiq Dodishe. it is the second time that residents in Karaan district held a terrorist militant by the arm and handed over to the security forces.
In Yakshid district, Police forces two gunmen, who were identified to be robbers, and armed with Ak47 rifles at the time. the forces also apprehended two others near Hamar-weyne Police Station.
