Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, received a delegation from the Kenyan government at his residence this afternoon.
The delegation members delivered a message and greetings from H.E. President of Kenya, H.E. William Ruto. They discussed strengthening the relationship between the two neighboring countries and cooperation in areas of security, politics, and trade.
The Prime Minister, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, thanked the Kenyan delegation for Kenya’s role in supporting Somalia’s state-building efforts and promoting stability in the region.
The delegation included Ambassador Mahboub Moallin, Ambassador Mohamed Abdi Affey, and Honorable Abdirahman Ali Hassan Colow.
