Mogadishu(SONNA)-President of Somaliland, Muse Bihi Abdi welcomed the new special envoy for the talks between Somalia and Somaliland, Abdikarim Hussein Guled, a day after his appointment by the President of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hassan Sh. Mohamud.
Speaking at an event in Hargeysa, Bihi describe the move to a good step forward, regarding to the negotiations between the two sides, saying that Mr. Guled was more knowledgeable to the politics and assignment in which he was given to do so.
“We welcome the new special envoy, Abdikarim Hussein Guled for the talks between Somalia and Somaliland that President Hassan appointed him to do that task, It is a good gesture. Abdikrim worked here and he is a man who knows about the politics on ground”, Muse said.
Abdirim Hussein Guled served as Galmud State President and former Minister of Interior and Internal Security for the Federal Government of Somalia and President Hassan Sh. Mohamud appointed him to be his special envoy for the negotian between Somaliand and Somalia.
