Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has on Wednesday signed three bills which were approved by the Lower and Upper Houses of the Federal Parliament.
President Hassan signed bills including an act that regulates the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), the electricity bill and the specific financial sanctions.
“We want a modern country with high laws, and every step taken by the government of this country, whether in development, security or politics, everything will be based on laws”, President Hassan Said.
