Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud received H.E. Sebastian Groth, the German Ambassador to Somalia, at the Presidency today.
During the meeting, President Mohamud emphasized the importance of enhancing Germany’s support in key areas essential to Somalia’s state-building efforts, particularly in the reestablishment of vocational training programs. These programs, he noted, are crucial for promoting sustainable development and stability across the country.
Ambassador Groth reaffirmed Germany’s steadfast commitment to supporting Somalia’s development agenda. He highlighted the strong partnership between the two nations as Somalia continues to advance its democratisation process and work towards long-term progress and prosperity.
