Antalya, SONNA — On the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum 2026, the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, held a bilateral meeting with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia, Đuro Macut.
The two leaders discussed ways to further enhance Somalia–Serbia relations, with a focus on expanding diplomatic engagement and cooperation in areas of mutual interest. The talks reflected both countries’ interest in strengthening international partnerships and deepening political dialogue.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud underscored Somalia’s commitment to broadening its diplomatic relations globally, while also emphasizing cooperation frameworks that support development priorities and shared international goals.
The meeting took place during the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, a high-level platform that brings together global leaders to exchange views on pressing international and regional issues and promote dialogue-based solutions.
