Mogadishu, (SONNA) - The National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) of the Federal Republic of Somalia apprehended four Al-Shabaab terrorists and seized the improvised explosive devices (IEDs) they were carrying in a planned operation in Mogadishu on Tuesday.
