Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs, and Reconciliation of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hon. Ali Yussuf Ali Hosh, conducted an official inspection today at the Ministry’s central headquarters in the Bondhere district, where reconstruction work is currently underway.
Minister Hosh was accompanied by the State Minister of the Interior, Hon. Saadaad Mohamednur Caliyoow, and the Director General, Hon. Cayadruus Macallin Hassan. The delegation toured the site to assess the progress of the ongoing construction and received a comprehensive briefing from engineers and technical staff on the current status and remaining work.
During the visit, Minister Hosh emphasized the importance of expediting the reconstruction process to ensure the Ministry can resume full operations from the refurbished facility and continue delivering essential services to the Somali people.
He reaffirmed the government’s commitment to strengthening institutional infrastructure as part of broader efforts to enhance governance, federalism, and reconciliation across the country.
