Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Governor of Banadir and the Mayor of Mogadishu, HE Yusuf Hussein Jim’ale (Madale) received at the Hamar Municipality the Deputy head of the World Food Program (WFP), Mr. Baimankay Sankoh and a delegation he led.
The meeting discussed the bilateral cooperation and food security provided by the WFP, particularly the nutritional food intended for children.
The Deputy Chairman of Human Resources and Awareness of Banadir, Abdiaziz Osman Mohamed and other officials.
The Mayor of Mogadishu thanked the WFP organization for their close cooperation with the Banadir Administration and assured them that the Somali community in Mogadishu will benefit from the projects of the organization.
