Joint Security Operations against the Al-Shabaab militants conducted in Galgaduud region

Dhuusamareeb, (SONNA) - The Galmudug Presidential Guard, the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), Danab Special Forces, and the Somali Police carried out a coordinated clearance operation toda- targeting Al-Shabaab militants in areas near Ceel Garas in Galgaduud region. The forces swept through the villages of Bulacle, Taragaduud, Xirsi-fiin, and Miirdugul, aiming to secure the areas between Ceel-Garas and Dhuusamareeb. Commanding officers informed the National Media that the operation was part of ongoing efforts to eliminate militant presence in the region.
