Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Ali Yususf Ali Hosh was joined by the State and Deputy Ministers of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation H.E Sadad Alio and H.E Abdihakim Ashkir for a ministerial level discussion on the Laws governing Somalia’s new Electoral Model.
The Ministry’s legal and election experts discuss the preparation for Somalia’s new electoral model.
Today’s discussions focus on the law establishing the National Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commissions.
The Ministers discussed Electoral Model for Somalia and the laws to govern them for the coming elections of the country which the government wants to conduct in a vote of one-person-one-vote system.
