Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Executive Secretary of the Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), Dr. Workneh Gebeyehu has extended his warmest congratulations on the occasion of the Independence of the Southern Somalia and the Unification of the greater Somalia, and wished a peaceful and prosperous years ahead.
