Mogadishu(SONNA)-The election of the Lower House of Somali Parliament is Monday expected to start here in Mogadishu by holding the election of two seats from Somaliland, SONNA reported.
Deputy Prime Minister Mahdi Mohamed Guled is contesting the election for one of the two seats according to the electoral teams.
Observers and foreign diplomats are expected to witness the election which will happen at Afisiyoni, a former Air Forces base today.
