Voter Registration Begins Smoothly in Matabaan District

Mogadishu, SONNA — Voter registration in Matabaan district of the Hiran region officially began today, with officials from the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) overseeing the process. According to the commission, the registration process started smoothly as residents began enrolling to obtain their voter registration certificates, a key requirement for participation in upcoming elections. In a brief press release, the commission called on residents of the district to take part in the exercise and ensure they obtain their official voter documentation.
