Speaker of Somali Parliament Commends Top 10 National Exam Students

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Speaker of the House of the People of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, H.E. Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur (Jaamac), met with the top 10 students who achieved the highest results in the country’s national secondary school examination, commending their academic excellence and dedication.

The meeting was also attended by the State Minister for Education, Culture and Higher Education of the Federal Government of Somalia.

Speaker Abdulkadir congratulated the students on their outstanding results, praising their commitment, perseverance and hard work. He said their achievement was not only a success for the students and their families, but also a source of pride for Somali society and the nation, as they represent the generation expected to lead the country in the future.

The Speaker urged the students to continue their academic efforts, make full use of opportunities for higher education and apply their knowledge to Somalia’s development, peace and reconstruction.

He also commended parents, teachers and the wider education community for their contribution to the students’ success, stressing that investing in education and empowering young people is essential to building a knowledgeable, capable and prosperous Somalia.
