Somalia, Sudan Discuss Regional Developments and Bilateral Cooperation

Mogadishu (SONNA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Abdisalam Ali, received Sudan’s Ambassador to Somalia, H.E. Abdulrahman Khalil Ahmed Abakr Afandi, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Mogadishu.

The two sides discussed the latest developments and changes in the region, as well as ways to further strengthen and sustain bilateral cooperation between Somalia and Sudan.

The meeting reaffirmed the two countries’ commitment to maintaining close diplomatic relations and enhancing cooperation on matters of mutual interest.
