Somalia Joins Regional Foreign Ministers in Djibouti for Talks on Peace and Security

Djibouti, (SONNA) — H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Republic of Somalia, will lead Somalia's delegation to the 74th Extraordinary Session of the IGAD Council of Ministers, convening tomorrow in Djibouti City.
The Council will review the peace and security situation in the region and consider institutional matters, including the strengthening of the IGAD Treaty. Somalia will engage with its regional partners to advance peace, stability and cooperation in the Horn of Africa.
