Somalia, China Focus on Strengthening Bilateral Relations

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Abdisalam Ali received H.E. Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Somalia Wang Yu at the Ministry’s headquarters.

Minister Abdisalam commended the Government of China for its continued support to Somalia, particularly its assistance in the construction of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ Diaspora Centre, as well as its support in development and education.

The Minister reaffirmed Somalia’s commitment to further strengthening the longstanding relations and cooperation between Somalia and China.
