Senate Committee Reviews International Judicial Cooperation Bill

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Committee on Judiciary, Justice, Religious Affairs and Endowments, Human Rights, Women and Children of the Upper House of the Federal Parliament of Somalia today held its 4th meeting of the 8th session of the Parliament of the Federal Republic of Somalia.

The meeting, chaired by the Committee's Chairperson, Senator Naimo Hassan Gadhweyne, and attended by members of the Committee, focused on an overview and analysis of the Bill on International Judicial Cooperation.

The Committee members and legal experts of the House also examined the Bill article by article, discussing its content in detail and making corrections, revisions and proposed amendments.
