SNA Commander Closes Leadership Training for Somali Army Officers in Mogadishu

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Commander of the Somali National Armed Forces (SNAF), Brig. Gen. Ibrahim Mohamed Mohamud, presided over the closing ceremony of a training programme for SNAF officers in Mogadishu.

The ceremony was also attended by Commander of the Ground Forces Gen. Sahal Abdullahi Omar, Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command Gen. Ahmed Isse Ahmed, and Commander of the European Union Training Mission in Somalia (EUTM-Somalia), Brig. Gen. Elio Manes.

The officers completed the programme at the Brig. Gen. Dhagabadan Training School, where the training focused on strengthening their professional knowledge, military skills and leadership capabilities.
