President Hassan Sheikh Receives Warm Welcome in Galinsoor During Galmudug Tour

Galinsoor, (SONNA) — The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who is on a tour of areas in Galmudug to assess security and the living conditions of local communities, has arrived in Galinsoor, Galgaduud region.

H.E. President Hassan Sheikh, accompanied by H.E. President of Galmudug State Ahmed Abdi Karie, greeted hundreds of residents of Galinsoor who lined the streets to welcome the President and his delegation.

Addressing the residents in a public gathering, H.E. President Hassan Sheikh called on the people to focus on preserving peace, stability and social coexistence, stressing the importance of ensuring that Galinsoor remains a peaceful community where all Somalis living in the area can coexist in a spirit of brotherhood.
