President Hassan Sheikh Receives Credentials from Seven Newly Appointed Ambassadors

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud received the credentials of seven newly appointed ambassadors representing Algeria, Brazil, India, Mali, Myanmar, Nigeria and Pakistan at the National Presidential Palace.
The ambassadors were:
H.E. Mohamed Alim — Algeria
H.E. Joao Alfredo Dos Anjos — Brazil
H.E. Dr. Adarsh Swaika — India
H.E. Dr. Madou Diallo — Mali
H.E. Aung Min Oo — Myanmar
H.E. Danlami Ibrahim — Nigeria
H.E. Aqsa Nawaz — Pakistan
President Hassan Sheikh heard the ambassadors’ plans and priorities for strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation with Somalia, and urged them to contribute to stronger political, economic, development, security and social ties.
The newly appointed ambassadors conveyed messages from their respective heads of state and reaffirmed their commitment to advancing relations and cooperation with Somalia.
