President Hassan Sheikh Inspects Gorgor Special Forces First Division Headquarters

Mogadishu , (SONNA) — The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia and Commander-in-Chief of the Somali Armed Forces (SNA), H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud inspected the First Division Headquarters of the Gorgor Special Forces in Mogadishu.

The President commended their role in the fight against international terrorism, directing them to remain prepared to fulfil their constitutional duties for a Somalia free from the threat of terrorism.

The President was accompanied by the Commander of the Somali National Army, Brigadier General Ibrahim Mohamed Mohamud and the State Minister of Defense, H.E. Omar Ali Abdi.
