President Hassan Sheikh Attends Graduation Ceremony for SNA Units in Galmudug

Xananbuure, (SONNA) — The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud attended a ceremony marking the completion of basic training for units of the Somali National Army in Xananbuure, Galmudug, following nearly a year of training.

H.E. President of Galmudug State Ahmed Abdi Karie Qoorqoor also attended the ceremony and congratulated the newly trained soldiers, commending their efforts and resilience throughout their training.

President Qoorqoor noted that Galmudug remains committed to supporting efforts to build and strengthen the Somali National Army.

The ceremony was also attended by the Minister of Defence, the Minister of Public Works, the Commander of the Somali National Army, the leadership of the 21st Division, members of the Federal Parliament of Somalia and various military officers.
