Permanent Secretary Leads Diplomatic Community on Cultural Institutions Tour

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Hamza Adan Haadoow, led a cultural diplomacy tour for foreign ambassadors and representatives of United Nations agencies in Somalia.
The delegation visited the Somali National Theatre, Somali National Museum and National Academy of the Somali Language, where members of the diplomatic community learned about Somalia’s cultural heritage, history, arts, literature and linguistic identity.
The tour is part of the Ministry’s efforts to promote cultural diplomacy, strengthen international engagement and deepen understanding of Somalia’s national heritage among the international community.
Through such initiatives, the Ministry seeks to showcase Somalia’s history, culture and creativity while strengthening relations between Somalia and the wider international community.
