Minister of Internal Security Visits Somali Embassy in Beijing

Beijing, (SONNA) — The Minister of Internal Security of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail Fartaag visited the Somali Embassy in Beijing as part of his official engagements in China.

The Minister will be attending a Security Conference focused on South-South Collaboration.

The visit provided an important opportunity to strengthen coordination between government institutions, as well as diplomatic and security cooperation between Somalia and China.

“I would like to thank the Embassy of Somalia in Beijing for the warm welcome and for its continued efforts in advancing the national interests of Somalia,” the Minister said.
