Minister of Defence Receives Algerian Ambassador at his office

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Minister of Defence of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Ahmed Moallim Fiqi, today received the Ambassador of the Republic of Algeria to Somalia, Amb. Mohamed Alim, at his office.

The meeting focused on strengthening defence and security cooperation between the two countries and advancing their shared interests.

Minister Fiqi thanked the Government of Algeria for its support to the Federal Government of Somalia across various sectors, emphasising the importance of further strengthening that support.
