Deputy Minister Receives Copies of Credentials from Türkiye's Ambassador-designate

Mogadishu(SONNA)-The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, H.E. Hassan Mohamed Ali (Nadaara), today received copies of the Letters of Credence of H.E. Ferhat Alkan, Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Türkiye to the Federal Republic of Somalia.

The Deputy Minister welcomed the Ambassador and described Somalia and Türkiye as brotherly nations bound by shared faith, history and a partnership built through difficult times. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to building on that bond through deeper cooperation in security, trade, development and education, for the benefit of both peoples.
