Danab Forces Conduct Planned Operations in Lower Shabelle

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — Somali National Army forces, particularly the Danab Commandos, have conducted planned operations in the Madax-Maroodi area of Lower Shabelle Region as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen security and pursue Al-Shabaab militants operating in the area.

The forces are conducting operations across various locations in Lower Shabelle, targeting Al-Shabaab hideouts and networks and working to eliminate threats posed by the group.

The operations are aimed at securing local communities, restoring stability and ensuring greater safety for civilians across the region.
