According to Somalia\u2019s Ministry of Defence, the meeting focused on issues of mutual interest, particularly opportunities to enhance defense collaboration between the Federal Republic of Somalia and the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n
The two officials emphasized the importance of maintaining constructive dialogue and expressed a shared commitment to advancing and deepening defense relations between their respective countries.<\/p>\n
The discussions come as Somalia continues to expand its international partnerships in support of security sector development and efforts to combat terrorism and strengthen national defense capabilities.<\/p>\n
